Our quotes are all-in: material, moisture testing on your slab, underlayment or mortar as the product requires, transitions, baseboard reinstallation, and haul-away of your old flooring. If your existing floor needs to come out first, that's handled by our own demolition and prep crew rather than a separate subcontractor, which keeps the whole project on one schedule.
